Who You Will Talk To

Estateknow Walk-In Tubs does not have staff who visit your home. When you reach out, we pass your request to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who calls you, visits, and does the work.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your home.

• What kind of bathroom do you have, and how big is it?
• Do you have a tub, a shower, or both?
• What is hardest about bathing right now?
• Is there a floor type or foundation they should know about?
• When would you like the project done?

You do not need perfect answers. Photos help a lot, and so does a rough measurement of the space.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

Write these down before the visit:

• Are you licensed and insured for this work?
• What is included in the price, and what is not?
• Will you handle plumbing, flooring, and any needed repairs?
• How long will the work take?
• What does the warranty cover, and can I see it in writing?
• Who do I contact if something goes wrong after?

Notes help here too. Jot down each answer, and ask for it written.

You can take your time. You can get more than one estimate. You can say no to any provider, and nothing is owed to Estateknow Walk-In Tubs for asking. Costs vary by job, so a written quote is the smartest way to compare apples to apples.
