We want anyone who contacts Estateknow Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do with it. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• The way a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know that Estateknow Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• When you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
