What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain their work in plain language
- Give estimates in writing
- Treat your home with respect
- Answer your questions without pressure
The provider holds any licenses or insurance the work requires. Ask to see them. That is a normal request.
What We Do Not Do
We do not install tubs. We do not build showers. We do not visit your home. We do not set your price or sign your contract. Your agreement is always between you and the provider you choose.
